- Improvements that are already part of the UAW Professional Staff Contract that STEPs should prioritize for swift and proper implementation
- Issues unique and significant to LBNL that STEPs should prioritize
- Benefits that are neither part of the UAW Professional Staff Contract nor unique and significant to LBNL that STEPs should prioritize fighting for inside and outside of negotiations.
